Resistance

This online community hub is born from the research project Responding to COVID-19 Anti-Asian Racial Violence through Community Care, Solidarity and Resistance.

It seeks to empower individual and community capacity to respond to racial violence by holding space – and acting as a hub – for networks of community care, resistance and solidarity.

It aims to document the lived experiences, caring strategies and solidarity and creativity initiatives of ESEA individuals and communities in the UK and provide information and educational resources created by and for us.

It intends to build an archive of our experiences that can bear witness to the racial violence and our resistances to it so that nothing can be forgotten, denied or obscured.
